Daniel loves understanding how things work and solving problems. After pursuing a degree in Business Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, he began working for a financial services firm in San Diego. While his people skills made his start in client services a good fit, Daniel was intrigued by the operational side of the business, too.

Daniel joined Sand Hill because he wanted to be part of a tight-knit team and deepen his knowledge about how the back-office works. As an Operations Associate, he combines excellent communication and service skills with analytical thinking to support our client services and portfolio management teams. Eager to learn and open to mentorship, Daniel is excited to explore additional areas of expertise as he finds his niche in the financial services world. His commitment to helping others and building leadership skills makes him an integral part of our team.

A native of Marin County, Daniel is happy to be back in the Bay Area watching his beloved Giants, Golden State Warriors, and 49ers—though as an MSU alumni, he’s also a dedicated Spartans fan. Outside of work, he likes to stay active and spend time at the gym or playing outdoor sports. An avid golfer, he also enjoys playing flag football, softball, and basketball. While in college, Daniel was involved in charity work with The Ability Experience and has also volunteered for foodbanks and homeless shelters.
